"I didn't just need to learn how to trust other people. I needed to learn how to trust myself."

That meant speaking up when something didn't feel right. It meant no longer trying so hard to be picked. And it meant letting people in with a guarded heart instead of a wall.

That's why I built this quiz. Trust matters in every relationship you have. But have you ever stopped and asked how much you actually trust others — and how much you trust yourself?

The four patterns

Most people recognize themselves immediately

What matters is what it's costing you, and what to do differently.

You're not paranoid. You're trying to feel safe by understanding everything first.

Over giving is part of your identity and you are afraid if you stop over giving, you won't be loved or appreciated.

Letting someone in is terrifying because you don't want to be hurt.

You know how to make others feel seen, but you also can be less patient with those that aren't where you think should be.

Real stories
What people say after taking it

"A fantastic tool for mental health professionals working with couples. Much needed in our field."

"I took the assessment and realized a few things about myself that I needed to pay more attention to. Afterwards, I had a long conversation with my husband about the results, my relationship history, and how I've changed over the years. We talked about our strengths, individually and as a couple, and set goals in some of the areas the assessment surfaced."

I’m not a therapist, and this isn’t mental health support. I help people get clear enough to choose the relationships they want and build ones that are actually healthy. Working with me can sit alongside therapy, but it doesn’t replace it. Some of my clients do both.
